These terms of use govern access to and use of the CristalTech website (hereinafter "the Site") as well as the purchase of products offered on it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

CristalTech is a business registered in Quebec, Canada. The Site is operated from Quebec and is intended primarily for Canadian consumers.

2. Product Description

CristalTech offers artisanal coasters made from recycled computer components (CPUs, RAM, hard drives, circuit boards) encapsulated in epoxy resin.

Each coaster is a unique piece. The photos displayed on the Site are representative, but the item you receive may vary slightly in appearance due to the artisanal and unique nature of each creation. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Sales taxes (GST/QST) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery province.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice. The prices in effect at the time your order is placed are those that apply.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on the Site, you declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at the time of the order.

5. Shipping

CristalTech is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, design, and layout, is the exclusive property of CristalTech or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Quebec.
