30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our artisanal coasters. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, without damage or alteration.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
- Proof of purchase (confirmation email or order number) must accompany the return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect — If your coaster has a manufacturing defect (visible air bubble, crack in the resin, improperly encapsulated component), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Order error — If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, return shipping costs are on us.
- Item damaged during shipping — If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, here is how the process works:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return within 2 business days.
- The item will be inspected within 3 business days of receipt.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- The refund will appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom coasters made to order according to your specifications.
- Items returned after the 30-day period.
- Items damaged by the customer (impacts, deep scratches, prolonged exposure to extreme heat).
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund, then place a new order on our online store.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
- Fill out our contact form and select the subject "Order".
- Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
- Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions and the shipping address.
- Ship the item according to the instructions provided.
